Hello to everyone on this list, this is Gary Price
here.
I have subscribed to this list a few days ago, and I
am hoping to meet some new people on here.
I Have recently downloaded Skype and I am loving it,
although one thing I am scared to do is to contact
other people.
I am now going to tell you a bit about myself.
My name is Gary Price. I live in England in the UK.
I am blind I have been since birth. I did have light
perception in my right eye, this is where you can see
the difference between light and dark. I had this for
17 years, I have now lost it went in the Summer of
2004. I went to America to have some eye surgery and
it went very well. I have a very rare condition
called retinopathy of prematurity which is where your
retina is all out of shape and twisted.
I am now aged 22. I am into all sorts of music, apart
from Jazz and Dance. The most recent genre I have
come across is Country music. I like this because it
gets me going!
I also like going on my computer and listening to the
TV and radio. I like Coronation Street and The Bill.
I am really into game shows, like Deal or No Deal on
channel 4.
I like socialising with other people, I am a very good
keyboard player (The musical one). I am a very good
touch typist, I can do 100 words a minute without any
mistakes!
Well this is just a little incite into me. I hope you
like me, and I look forward to speaking to some new
faces in Skype!
