Hi Sarah and list! I don't know how hard it is, but while I've been relating my experiences in uncovering this lapse in their currency, many have told me that they have often failed to find some useful information in that KB that they believed should be there. I'm not talking about Johnny Come Latelies, but people who know well how search engines work, etc. It was a lesson to me that all the answers aren't there, which makes the list a more valuable resource.
