I do know why this is happening. I stop that repetition in English by looking specifically for the "Recording voicemail" text. Try this as a fix, in French, Italian, and any other language of interest: Translate the phrases in quotes on line 1179 of Skype.JSS to what you actually see on the screen for each. My apologies that they, and a lot of other strings, are not in a jsm file where they belong at this point.
