Hi Vy, completely uncorrect! If your friend doesn't like the Skype default sound, which is "Skype contact Online (modern)", he can go to Options / Sounds, than to the voice "Contact OnLine". At this point, he can eighter select a Skype sound, or first import sounds from your computer or from the web using the corrispponding bottons ,one called "Import sounds", the other called "Get other sounds on the web".
