This is for anyone who keeps hearing messages like "Can't create object Scripting.FileSystemObject" when shutting down Windows and wants to get rid of those messages before I manage another script release:
1. Go to Skype and type Insert+0 (that's the 0 above the letter P) to open the Script Manager. This will actually open Skype.jss, but we don't need to do anything with that file. 2. Type Ctrl+O, and when a place opens to type a file name, type skypeUpdate.jsl and press Enter. 3. Type Ctrl+G, and when prompted for a line number, type 14 and press Enter. This should land you on a SayMessage line. 4. Find the s in sayMessage, and when sitting on it, type a semicolon (;). 5. Type Ctrl+S to save skypeUpdate.jsl, then Alt+F4 to close the Script Manager and return to Skype. 6. Type Ctrl+Shift+C from within Skype to recompile all script files. -- Doug Lee dgl at dlee.org SSB BART Group doug.lee at ssbbartgroup.com http://www.ssbbartgroup.com "All these years, the people said, 'He's acting like a kid.'
