[Skypeenglish] hot keys

        Hi,
I have a friend who when trying to answer a call with his hot keys is 
not successful.
Alt+Page Up works by default for me when I enable the skype hot key 
short cut.  But he has a different key enabled.
I haven't figured out a way for him to change the hot key that is 
enabled on his version of skype.
I went to his edit field after pressing the change short cut 
button.  I had him put in  PgUp  and tab to Okay.  It did not change 
the hot key.
Can you help?
