I found the same problem in the past. This is how I resolved this case. If you haven't done it the first time you installed skype then this is what you do. 1. Go to File (alt and F) and then go to change your mood. 2. You can type whatever you want then 3. go back with file and change your mood to close it. The next time you want to do it again then do CTRL and M then that should open it for you. And then CTRL and M with close it. What it does on screen when you go to it the second time, it will automatically do File and Change your mood for you. It doesn't do it the first time sorry to say when you installed skype. You will have to do it manually. Weather the accessibility is on or off using the view menu it doesn't do it the first time. That what I found anyway.
