Hey it's not dumb at all. I forget how to do things allthe time. Go to options under tools, then down arrow to hotkeys, orhit end since it is the last one there, and hit tab. Check the global hot keys box and then tab. You will see a list of hotkeys. Check th eones you want, such as except call and reject, or hang up call. Those keystrokes by default are alt+page up and alt+page down respectivaly. I made some tutorials on skype but I cannot for the life of me remember if i did on one setting hot keys.
