Well, there is a button to switch to PC or phone; however, it is not 
accessible.  You can, however, just use the phone and you can
hear the voice through the phone.  Just use the phone as a regular phone. 
Funny thing, with Vista, the sound does not go away,
actually it is switched to the phone; for XP though, it goes away, but like 
I said, the phone works just fine.  Just dial and it
works like any other phone.  The manufacturers must make the interface 
accessible though, just like in skype.  Maybe they will.
