Hi Portia and list! SkypeOut and SkypeIn are not free. Skype Voicemail is a bit more complicated. Anyone who has paid for Skype Voicemail can leave you voicemail even if you haven't subscribed to it. You receive the voicemail in the usual way. You just can't personalise your voicemail without either subscribing specifically to it or buying a SkypeIn number.
