Hi Firoz, When your in a call, if you want to add an incoming call to your conference, from within the main skype window do your file menu followed by the letter c. Arrow down till you hear join current call with conference. I believe that's what it says. Once you hear this hit your enter key and the person who is calling you will be added in to your conference. As far as rejecting a call, you would do the same steps only when you hear answer submenu, if you hit enter on this there will be a reject call. I hope I'm telling you everything right, going strictly by memory here. So, if I'm wrong, please someone correct me? Sabrina
