Hi Sabrina, try what follows: 1. go to tools / Options; 2. press down harrow till you hear "Notification settings"; 3. press tab and reach the checkbox "Show a try notification when someone comes online", and if it's unchecked, check it with a spacebar; 4. press tab till save button, then press spacebar.
