Hi, the reason some of the functions are not available in other languages is this. The scripts are looking for strings of text. Obviously those text strings are in English. I have not looked at the skype code in a long time. But in general, translations done to the message file solve this problem. Strings are contained in the message files so you translate the string from English to whatever your local languages, recompile the scripts, and you're good to go

Scripts are like text files You can open them in Script Manager or a simple text editor as Notepad and carefully, line by line, change English phrases with the language of your choice. Of course, you need to type exact phrases as they are in your localization of program you use, it's not easy, but it's achieveable. So, why bother the script author to install localized version and do this for you if you can do it by yourselves?
