This is why the good oal run dialog is your friend. Just ask for the contact again if ya know who it is, and do run: skype:contactX?add.

You have to click them with the mouse or JAWS cursor. I didn't see a way to script for those when I last looked, but if you send me a contact card sometime, I can see if I can make a link for it in the new virtual view for chat messages. I doubt that will be easy though, because that code depends on MSAA support for chats, and I don't think those contact cards show up in MSAA at all. Note: I'm asking Sarah to send me a contact card.
