You're both right.  SkypeWatch script code changed, but that change
was prompted largely by changes in Skype itself.  The performance
issue was not the only one that made me do that.  The Quick Filter
Skype feature would cause huge numbers of false sign-ins and sign-outs
if you tried to type part of a name to find a contact, and there was
no way for me to fix this because of the way the Contact screen
started to work in Skype.
