hello, did you ensure that each of your individual hotkeys is checked? If you did not do this, you're hotkeys will not work. all of your hotkeys will be unchecked by default. Hi there folks I found myself having this problem synce yesterday, but I cannot for some or other reason get it fixed. To be honest, it's actually two problems in one. 1. When I receive a call, I cannot see who's calling me. When I use Jaws + numpad 3/UGDN, all I get is "incoming call". I can, however go in to the call menu, and find the name of the caller in the "answer" submenu. I never really found this a big ishue though. My main problem is this: 2. My darn skype hotkeys wont work. I don't know how, I don't know why, but it is just so. Synce yesterday morning, there is no response when I use them. Like in Zip, zero, nata, nothing. they are just dead. I've gone in to the tools/options and down to hotkeys, and found my hotkeys totaly removed. fine, I re-done them all. still no response. I whent back to hotkeys, and found the checkbox that allows you to huse global hotkeys checked, so, what now. You can now see why I call this "a nasty li'le problem". If you're able to help, please give me a call. I'm not very good at following written instructions.
