Doug lee has written awesome scripts for jaws. If you use jaws you can go to http://dlee.org/skype
to learn more and download them. They can tell you who is calling you and also who comes online and other things. To use some features, you might need to enable skypewatch function, and you can read about it in the "script instalation instructions" section.
