Hi Daleen I haven't had any problem reading the request text using the jaws cursor. You don't seem to be able to see someone's full and complete profile until you have exchanged skype contact details, at least this is what I have found personally. If someone knows of a better way to read a whole profile of someone not in your skype contacts list, tell me about it on or off list as I'd be keen to know if I'm missing something.
