Hi, Yes, you can. Go to SAM's options -> Application -> check the "Advanced SAM Setting Mode". After you've done that, a few extra CheckBoxes will appear below the "Advanced SAM Setting Mode" CheckBox. One of those CheckBoxes is called "Automatically start SAM when logging in to Windows" - it is checked by default, uncheck it, click "OK" or "Apply" to apply changes and you're done :-).
