Hi guys, In the way of introduction, let me mention here in passing that I am Sati Wullabbs from the State of Washington.
I have never seen this problem before and I consider myself well-learned when it comes to computers and the many apps out there. Running windows Vista 32Bit, I have until now, used both Skype and Pamela professional without a hitch, but after reformatting and reinstalling both apps, for some reason, the normal screen that comes up with radio buttons to either allow or not allow Pamela to use Skype is gone and instead, I get a balloon that says "this program wants to use Skype, click here to accept/deny" and to my amusement, each time that I click on the balloon, Skype opens up. Okay, I decided to get rid of Pamela, installed Tapur, Pretty May and CallGraph which do the same thing with the exception of of bells and whistles and still get the same problem--Click here to accept/deny and each time when I click on it, Skype opens instead.
