I was having the same problem, but while in skype, do the following:
1.
Click on tools
2.
Up arrow to Options or simply doing a letter P will active the Options.
3.
Arrow down to "advanced" and while here, route JAWS to pc and up and down 
arrow till you heare "manage programs" or something like that.
4. Left-click on that and just follow the prompts and you would find your 
CallGraph in there and choose to allow it.
