Hey Van, When in the treeview of the options, you can tab through and all you would get are links. There is the Rate link, options link, learn more and buy credit. and when you click on the options link, then there is a checkbox that would either be enabled to have your calls forwarded or not. And besides, I think that most of the features would be available if you indeed have some sort of a prescription, but from this end, I am able to tab through all the different links on this particular control. You may also want to go to the view menu in Skype and then down to the accessibility, hit enter on that and there make sure you click on both "use extended keyboard navigation" and "simplified graphics" which checks them. So, when you click enter on "use extended keyboard navigation, it checks it and it exits out of the menu. So, you need to repeat the process by going to view, and then Accessibility and arrow down to "simplified graphics" and enter thereupon and it would have it checked as well then try tabbing through the "call forwarding" option in the treeview of the options and see if that makes any difference.
