Would like to add, that worked for me: run skread.exe, wait for the error that comes, press ok from that skread window. now, on the event panel of skype, there is one event for skype api access, with the name of the program that are willing to access, and this time, it is skread, so press space bar on the line that reads the number of new events, now: using tab, find the skread item it is a link, press space again, and directly, the radio buttons asking to allow or deny api access are presented, click allow, and then OK or save button whatever you find there.
