In most cases, staying with Skype 3.8 is probably best. Then it depends on how high you raise the bar. What is accessible enough? Of course if you define accessible enough as being as accessible as 3.8, there is a possibility that 4 may never see that. It won't be Doug's fault; It's just something to think about.
