[Skypeenglish] Introduction and a couple of questions:

My name is Albert Griffith.  I'm a first time Skype user and I have a couple
of questions that have popped up after reading the FAQ on another site.  How
important is Skype Watch?  I see what might be some advantages but I don't
see how it will work differently by default.  Example:  without Skype Watch
will I be notified when calls come in?  thanks
