I have my option for anyone both on skype and by telephone using skype in, and I don't have much of a problem. But everyone is going to have different results. I do have people sending me chat messages, mostly porn and such, but not too many options exist for chat. Personally, I'd like to turn the option off, but there is no turning off chat.
