I was just wondering if anybody on here has heard of a corded Skype phone which works off a router, i.e. a stand-alone phone which works without a computer. I at one point purchased a couple of different Skype phone adapters, but they all work via USB and the computer has to be on, software is required etc. I also have one of the Netgear WIFI phones, but you have to see to be able to sign in and it doesn't have much battery life. I really wonder why nobody comes up with a corded Skype phone that hooks into the router with a CAD 5 cable which would be so easy to install and run throughout the house. If anybody knows of one I would appreciate the info. Thanks, Sieghard
