Secondly, if you found revision 653 of the scripts on Doug's website, you're on the right track. Revision 653 is the latest script revision that works with Skype 3.8, which is what I assume you have. You'll find two versions of the scripts: a zip file and an executable installer. I always download the executable file, because I can install it just like an ordinary program, and I don't have to worry about unzipping and compiling. The choice is yours. Take care. Marius
