I looked in the Options dialog and the only thing I saw was an item in blocking users. I want to unblock my setup so that people I call can see my number.

Unfortunately, unless you have skype out, this is not possible, as Skype can chose to have a bogus number show or not. So, it'll be a hit and miss. I wish you good luck. Skype numbers are cheap, and if you plan on calling the United States frequently, they can call you without calling Trinadad and making an international call.
