Anyway, I think I understood the procedure which Gianfranco suggested, I'm going to write it here more clearly: 1. go to the history tab (you can do it either pressing ctrl+tab several times depending on which tab you are in and which ones are checked, or the scripts alt+numbers command); 2. search for an event with this contact (e.g. a chat or a call); 3. press applications key, then go with down harrow till you hear add to contacts, here press enter.
