I once wrote some somewhat extensive code for those, getting JAWS to figure out what group headers applied to what buttons. I then realized that the interface was changing often enough (this was through various Skype 3.x versions) that such code would continually go out of date. The problem is real, but I haven't addressed it properly for some time I admit.

This has not been extensively tested across multiple screen readers. Using screen review techniques only provides minimal assistance in associating each label with the correct group since the labels don't appear directly adjacent to the radio button groupings. Is there a more exact means (apart from memorizing the order) of knowing when you are changing your privacy options for initiating calls, chats, etc.? TIA.
