[Skypeenglish] new version of skype

Well people there is a new build of skype out to day.  What does it do?  I
have no idea because guess what the good people at skype decided it was more
important on their blog to talk about net neutrality verses telling us what
their new build of skype is supposed to do.  
Ah and well nothing has been said on the ++ garage blog either.  wonderful
wonderful.
So update to the latest build I guess it doesn't matter what it is supposed
to do.
