[Skypeenglish] Shortcut Keys

Will someone tell me where to find the shortcut keys?  I'm trying to assign 
alt page up and page down, but I can't find them.  Because of this I am 
missing calls.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have the latest version of 
skype along with windows vista.  Thanks for your help.
