I don't use vista. Take a look in the jaws default.jss file.
At the top there is a ; and then comments that follow it. If that is what you see. Then go to the bottom of this file. Add a couple of blanks or new lines. Add this code line at the bottom and then save it with control+s. It should be successful. That is the first steep. Use "SkypeWatch.jsb" Make sure you have installed the jaws skype scripts revision 653. I'm asuming you are still using skype 3.8.188 which is latest update of skype. Beta 4 not recommended if not experienced.
