I hope the one recording is letting all in the conference they are being recorded. I think it can be a little rude recording while no one is aware of it.
Years ago, was on a site. Got in only for a few moments... There was a conversation. I was shocked what I heard. Some kind of a plan. And it was not a happy one. I just got out of there. So a recording may help but it may put you in trouble also.
