1. First what are you using as a screan reader? 2. What version are you using for the screen reader? 3. If you are using skype for the first time, best install skype 3.8.188. We can help you find the link to go get it. 4. Then you need the sccriptes user, for the screen reader. 5. After installing the skype, a few check marks are needed.
