Sorry, but I don't use the program for a long time now, and I can't help much. Just install and go through the settings, they are very straight and self explanatory. If you have specific questions, it would be easier than to write a full tour through the settings and the usage. You can set it for better usage with screanreaders and I think the checkbox is at the bottom of the settings tree. You can set it to record automatically in mono or stereo. Also you can start the record manually. When minimized, it puts it's icon in the system trey, and from there you can open different modules. >From what I see, the version on the link I posted is not the latest I've seen.
