You need to go to
http://emissives.com/mailman/listinfo/skypeenglish_emissives.com
and change your subscription options from there.
The easy thing you can do is click that link then hit the letter B until your
hear "unsubscribe or change subscription options", then arrow up once, hit
enter and type in your email address and hit enter. Once you have done that,
hit the letter E once and you will be in the right edit field to type in your
password. Hit enter once you have typed in your password. Then what you can do
is hit ctrl+f, type in digest and hit ennter. You can arrow down and hit the
space bar on the radio button that says "off" and look for the button that says
"change options or something like that and you'll be all set.
