Once again google is my friend. I should have just looked for something verses bothering you guys. So first before I go on allow me to extend my apologies. Ok I found a very useful utility called skype muter. What it does is it gives you three options. It can turn down the volume of a call when you make a call or a call comes in. it can stop the play back or it can pause the playback. The default is to pause the playback. It supports winamp windows media player and I tunes. I have Not tested it with I tunes because I do not have it installed on any of my computers. You will need to allow this program access to the skype api. The program is accessible with both jaws and window-eyes no problem and it does what it says it will. Hope this helps.
