Hi Brandt,
this problem can have different causes:
1. she forgot to activate the "Extended keyboard navigation" in View /
Accessibility submenu. In this case, enable it and restart Skype. The
problem should be solved;
2. she's now using a Skype language different than english. In this case she
can make one of these things:
a) set Skype language to english. This is because the original scripts look
for the english menu;
b) maybe search a translated scripts version for the same reason (not sure
if it will work);
c) use the option "Set my Mood" in the file menu instead of ctrl+m. This is
a checkbox with remains activated after putting the message. Go back there
and press enter to uncheck it. This requires that she first checked the
option that I mentioned in point 1, otherwise she won't be able to find it.
Bye!
Barbuz
