Hi Brandt, this problem can have different causes: 1. she forgot to activate the "Extended keyboard navigation" in View / Accessibility submenu. In this case, enable it and restart Skype. The problem should be solved; 2. she's now using a Skype language different than english. In this case she can make one of these things: a) set Skype language to english. This is because the original scripts look for the english menu; b) maybe search a translated scripts version for the same reason (not sure if it will work); c) use the option "Set my Mood" in the file menu instead of ctrl+m. This is a checkbox with remains activated after putting the message. Go back there and press enter to uncheck it.
