On the other hand, Skype on the mac, as of the 2.8 beta, as improved, rather than gotten worse, which is good. A lot of niceimprovements in it as far as accessibility, but from what I'm hearing about Skype 4 for windows, looks like they've totally revamped the UI, haven't played with it, and am not about to since I mainly use the mac here.
