Hi, Doug! I've tried to do this as shown and my conclusion is that some things work and other not. I tried nosplash and seems to me it works, shutdown also works, minimized does not but that's probably because of Skype Muter installed. Callto doesn't work and secondary (which is the option I like the most also won't give results. I use Skype 3.8 and not intent to play with 4b for some time so I guess that's not the problem.
