Yeah.. and why not? >From what I read on the link posted here, only things that are updated are audio and video quality. Audio quality is more than good for my needs, and I don't have any special needs for hi fi phone calls. Video quality is something that doesn't bother me and it should not bother blind users. So, IMHO and by recommendation from Skype team, I'm sticking to 3.8 till further notice or some improovements worth trying.
