As for Marialaura's question, you can go to the conversation list by pressing ctrl+2 and then find these missed things, when you hear Jaws saying "new", that means there is some missed event in the conversation, you can open it by pressing enter and check it here. Once you press enter on the particular conversation, these numbers won't appear anymore. hth.
