Hi all, Well, Issue solved, but I am not sure what I did to resolve it, at least not totally. I did everything Doug suggested, with no luck. Then I signed out of skype and unchecked every check box including "Sign me in when skype starts", and "Sign me in when my computer starts". Both had previously been checked. Then I shut down the PC. After the sounder for shut down began, I must have waited 6 or 7 minutes before the computer actually shut down. I don't know if changes were taking effect then or not. But when I booted up, JAWS started. I then launched skype and it did take about 10 seconds extra before it did start. I then had full flexibility and all of the accessibility was back. Maybe it was unchecking those check boxes, I really don't know, but at least for me, it worked. Larry Gassman
