[Skypeenglish] Skype notificaton not working

[Michele Barbi]

Hi all,
since some time the Skype notifications about signins and signouts don't work
for me, and even the sounds do not play. It seems Skype servers do not transmit
me then. Help please cause I am a SkypeWatch dependent!
Bye!
