Hmm. Didn't think that wuld cause problems but that's one trouble shooting thing you could add to your tool belt.

As I said in a later message, my friend was able to resolve the issue herself. She had to sign out of Skype, install the scripts, and sign back in. Don't know why, but it worked for her.
