Well, this problem seams interesting to me. Default_FS.JSB and new Default.jss are copied to the same directory, so it's interesting why Default_FS.JSB is copied, and new Default.jss isn't. However, to try fixing this problem, please make sure that folder where you have unzipped and executed the SWSetup program is not read only, and that you have full access permissions, because program needs to create a temporary file in the same directory where it is executed to write required data for enabling skypewatch. This temporary file is created during the enable process and it is deleted after closing the program.
