Hi Sarah, Hmm, well, I have right clicked on the person I want to delete, and jaws still won't say anything. We're talking about the same thing. I'm talking about the block sender's list? Maybe once you've blocked someone, and they go in to that list, maybe you can't delete them at that point. Very perplexing indeed. Sabrina
