It could be the problem with your internet connection; Deliveries depend how
good your connection is. so Skype doesn't have to do with the Deliveries of
your messages.

Hello all,
I am using Skype 3.8, internet explorer 8.
After i type messages, press enter. And thought it gone.
But when i back to the chat window, few seconds later, it says, messages
not delivered. Last time it says, nine messages not delivered. This
happens for text message.
What can be the reason? how do I solve this problem?
